Once again this year’s SPIMUN or St. Petersburg’s Model United Nations for high school students put on by gymnasium 157 was a huge challenge and rewarding experience for IA’s students. International Academy played a large role in both committee work as well as in the general assembly. James Rivers was given the honor of being a vice counsel general for the assembly. Over 200 students attended this year’s event from many different countries.
