Once again the elementary students celebrated holidays around the world this time learning about the Uzbekistan and India. The students had a an opportunity to try some traditional foods from these countries while learning about culture and even some of the language. The students also participated in a traditional Uzbek race while balancing an egg on a spoon. Hopefully they were hard-boiled. The students from these countries also helped their parents in explaining the traditions and holidays.
