The IA Guardian boy’s basketball team played their season opener against school 239. Though they were outmatched in height our guys played with quickness and speed and at the end of regulation time the score was tied 41-41. Unfortunately they came up 2 points short during overtime. It’s was a great performance and they played as a team, they will only improve as the season goes on.
